1:DRIVERS AGE:

Minimum age for category A,B cars is 23 years. For category B1,C, D, J, J2, cars minimum age is 25 years. For category H2 cars minimum age is 30 years.

2:DRIVER LICENSE:

The driver must have a license at least 2 years.

3:MINIMUM LEASE TIME:

2 days. After 4 hours, the renter is charged with an extra day.

4:TRAFFIC POLICE OFFENSES/FINES:

All fines and administrative penalties are charged to the tenant.

The lease prices include insurance against fire, death for third parties people or bodily injuries. For material damages to third parties people (except the car of DESPOTIS RENT A CAR). For damages to the rental car, the costumer has the responsibility until the purchase value of the car during the time of the accident less 20%. In case that the car has be stolen, the renter has the responsibility for the total purchase value of the car at the time of theft.

6:COVERAGE OF INSURED AMOUNTS (C.D.W.):

The renter can reduce his responsibility for his legal participation in any damage to the car, after accepting the relevant terms with his sign, in € 500,00 paying the amount of € 10,00 for each rental day for categories A, B, in € 600,00 for categories C, J, J1, J2 paying daily € 12,00 and € 1000,00 for categories Η2 paying daily € 25,00. Regardless of whether the costumer has accepted the Coverage of Uninsured Amounts the costumer is obliged to fully repair the damages who he may cause at the bottom or at the wheels and the tires of the car, also if the damage was caused by the offense in the Highway Code.

7:THEFT EXEMPTION (TPC):

The renter is relieved of the responsibility for the theft of a car, if he accept the relevant terms of the contract with his sign and pay daily the amount of € 10,00.
