General Terms & Conditions of Vehicle Rental
The renter and all additional drivers must meet the following requirements:
For Category A and B vehicles, the minimum driver age is 23 years.
For Category B1, C, D and higher vehicle categories, the minimum driver age is 25 years.
For large 7-seater vehicles or special vehicle categories, the minimum driver age is 30 years.
The renter and every authorized driver must hold a valid driving licence for at least two (2) years.
The company reserves the right to refuse delivery of the vehicle if the above requirements are not met.
The minimum rental period is three (3) days.
After the minimum rental period has been completed, any additional rental period is charged as a full extra rental day.
All traffic fines, parking violations, administrative penalties, parking fees, toll charges, or any other expenses incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.
The renter authorizes the company to provide their personal details to the relevant authorities whenever required.
Basic Insurance (Third-Party Liability)All vehicles include Third-Party Liability Insurance, free of charge, as part of the rental price.This insurance covers damages to third parties in accordance with the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)The renter may optionally purchase Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) for: €10 per rental day.
With this coverage, the renter's liability in the event of damage to the vehicle is limited to an excess of: €500Coverage applies only under the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and the insurance policy. Full Coverage The renter may optionally purchase Full Coverage for: €15 per rental day.
Full Coverage reduces or eliminates the renter's financial liability for covered damage to the rental vehicle, subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and the insurance policy. Roadside Assistance is included when Full Coverage is selected.

Optional Theft Protection is available for:
€10 per rental day.The renter is exempt from liability for vehicle theft only if:
all rental agreement terms have been fully complied with; all vehicle keys and required documents have been returned; the company and the local authorities have been notified immediately.

An additional driver may be added for: €3 per day.

Transportation of the rental vehicle by ferry is permitted only after prior approval from the company.
Permission is granted only for specific vehicle categories and under agreed conditions. Transporting the vehicle outside the agreed areas without the company's prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
Same to Same. The vehicle is delivered with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same amount of fuel. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged for the missing fuel together with any applicable refuelling and administration fees.
Vehicle delivery and collection can be arranged anywhere on the island upon prior agreement.Delivery and collection are free of charge at:

Child seats are available upon request and prior reservation for: €3 per rental day. Availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
Cancellation up to 20 days before the rental start date: 100% refund of the deposit.
Cancellation less than 20 days before the rental start date or No Show: the deposit is non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
By completing a reservation and making any payment, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Rental Terms & Conditions, the applicable insurance coverage, and the Cancellation Policy.
